THINGS
TO REMEMBER WHEN PAYING YOUR
PREMIUMS IN PAYMENT CENTERS:
- Always
bring your premium notice
for the policy which the
payment is being made.
- For
faster processing of your
payment, please use the
Premium Payment Slip (not
the Deposit Slip) available
at the bank branch/LBC outlet.
Kindly inform the Teller
that you are making a payment
in favor of First Life.
Please keep the validated
premium payment slip which
will serve as your proof
of payment.
- Premiums
paid within the 31-day grace
period of the policy will
be accepted.
