ORACLE PROGRAMMER

Minimum Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent;
  • At least 2 year(s) solid experience in Oracle programming (Reports/Forms 6i), PL/SQL;
  • Preferably 1-2 Yrs Experience in Life Insurance;
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and customer service skills.

    Note: 2 vacancies for probationary employment / 4 for consultancy or project-based hiring

ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT

Minimum Requirements:

  • College graduate, preferably major in Accounting or other related courses;
  • Knowledgeable in MS Office applications and other Windows-based software, preferred but not required;
  • With at least one year experience in the same capacity.

CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST

Minimum Requirements:

  • College graduate, preferably major in Economics, Business Administration, Communication Arts, Accounting or other related courses;
  • Knowledgeable in MS Office applications;
  • At least 6 months to 1 year Life Insurance Customer Service experience or 2-3 years Customer Service experience with other industries;
  • Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills;
  • Good business writing and communication skills;
  • High tolerance for stress;
  • Must be analytical and a team player.

BRANCH SERVICES REPRESENTATIVE

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferably Business courses;
  • Good oral & written communication skills and pleasing personality;
  • Experience in marketing with a creative flair is a plus (If you have worked for an insurance company that would be an advantage)
  • Positive work attitude;
  • Trustworthy, highly credible and reliable person;
  • Must be willing to do fieldwork from time to time


ON-THE-JOB TRAINEES

Minimum Requirements:

  • College student preferably with Major in Actuarial Science or Mathematics or Statistics or other numerate courses;
  • Familiar with MS Office particularly with Microsoft Excel;
  • For the case of the part-time student trainee, s/he must render service for a least four (4) hours a day for at least three (3) days a week;
  • The training will run for two (2) months.
