- College
graduate, preferably major in Business
Management, Economics and / or any related
courses.
- Two(2)
years in policy servicing with direct
customer contactinvolving non-routine
service transactions or three (3) years
BPO/Contact center work as escalation
agent or team leader; sales and servicing
experience in financial services and medical
insrance industry.
- Excellent
customer service, communication and interaction
skills.
- Knowledgeable
in MS Office applications.
- Resilient,
Persistent, can endure pressure from work,
customers, peers, and superiors.
- Self-driven person.
- Fresh Graduates may apply.

at least six months experience in encoding work.
- Proficient

- Proven track record on sales.

experience.
- Excellent communication and presentation/training
skills both written and oral.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Considerable working knowledge of personal
computer use, including MS office, spreadsheet
programs, presentation slides and electronic
mail.
- Willing to work in Makati area.
- Can start immediately.
