Minimum Hiring Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics or Statistics.
  • Programming skills can be an advantage while knowledge of spread sheetsand word processing software is a must.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
  • Must have a basic understanding of life insurance principles.

AGENCY SERVICES ASSISTANT

Minimum Hiring Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College degree in Business Administration, Management, Commerce and / or any related course.
  • Must have a basic understanding of basic accounting.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both written and oral.
  • Can deal with different levels of people.
  • Proficient in the operation of MS Office application and can handle multi-tasking.

BUSINESS PROCESS ANALYST

Minimum Hiring Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology and Computer Science and/or any related courses;
  • At least six (6) months experience in business process analysis and documentation;
  • Good Knowledge in Systems Development Life Cycle;
  • Experience in major computer operating systems, relational database management system specifically in Oracle 9i, client/server environment;
  • Exposure in Life Insurance is a plus;
  • Must be highly analytical and conceptual skills, and good interviewing skills;
  • Good communication skills both written and oral.

CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST / ASSOCIATE

Minimum Hiring Requirements:
  • College graduate, preferably major in Business Management, Economics and / or any related courses.
  • Two(2) years in policy servicing with direct customer contactinvolving non-routine service transactions or three (3) years BPO/Contact center work as escalation agent or team leader; sales and servicing experience in financial services and medical insrance industry.
  • Excellent customer service, communication and interaction skills.
  • Knowledgeable in MS Office applications.
  • Resilient, Persistent, can endure pressure from work, customers, peers, and superiors.
  • Self-driven person.
  • Fresh Graduates may apply.

DATA ENCODER

Minimum Hiring Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Administrations, Management, Office Administration and or any related course.
  • With at least six months experience in encoding work.
  • Proficient in MS Office application especially excel.

MARKET DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST

Minimum Hiring Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Office Administration and or any related course.
  • Proven track record on sales.
  • Preferably with life insurance business experience.
  • Excellent communication and presentation/training skills both written and oral.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Considerable working knowledge of personal computer use, including MS office, spreadsheet programs, presentation slides and electronic mail.
  • Willing to work in Makati area.
  • Can start immediately.
