Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or any related course
  • Good customer service and presentation skills.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
  • A team player, result - oriented and can work under pressure

Sales and Recruitment Specialist
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Communications Arts or Economics or any related course
  • Good in oral and written communication;
  • Excellent human relations and presentation skills;
  • Ability to speak Chinese is an advantage;
  • Preferable with 2 to 3 years sales/agency development work experience in allied or life insurance fields
  • Must be proficient in MSOffice (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's/College degree in Marketing, Business Administration.
  • With proven track record of success in the field of Agency Training, Marketing and Sales.
  • With at least six (6) months work exposure in Life Insurance Industry and with considerable existing network
  • Has flair in recruiting and motivating people.

Customer Service Associate

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Any four year course preferably major in Business Management, Economics
  • Two (2) years in policy servicing in financial services and medical insurance industry with direct customer contact involving non-routine service transactions or three (3) years BPO/Contact center work as escalation agent or team leader
  • Excellent customer service, communication and interaction skills
  • Knowledgeable in MS Office applications
  • Good business writing skills
  • Resilient, Persistent, can endure pressure from work.
  • Self - driven person.

Computer Programmer (Project-based only)

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), or any IT related courses.
  • Two (2) or more years experience as computer programmer with demonstrated abilities in custom analysis, design and development - Oracle Developer Tools (Oracle Reports, Forms, PL/SQL) and TOAD.
  • Good Knowledge in Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
  • Experience in major computer operating systems, rational database management system specifically in Oracle 9i, client server environment and spreadsheet software packages.
  • With at least 6 months work exposure in Life Insurance industry.

Medical Technologist

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Registered Medical Technologist

Business Process Analyst

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology and Computer Science or any related courses
  • Atleast six (6) months experience in business process analysis and documentation
  • Good knowledge in Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Experience in major computer operating systems, relational database management system specifically in Oracle 9i, client server environment and spreadsheet software packages.
  • With at least 6 months work exposure in Life Insurance industry.
  • Good communication skills both written and oral


Network Engineer

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or any IT related course
  • Two or more years experience specializing in network administration.
  • Technical knowledge in major computer operating systems (Windows/Linux).
  • Must have demonstrated working knowledge of WAN Routers and Switches (Cisco), IPVPN and firewall.
  • Has knowledge and exposure with LAN installation and configuration
  • Has knowledge and hands-on experience in PABX and VOIP system.
  • Has knowledge in relational databases management system such as SQL and Oracle;
  • Understanding and experience in productivity software packages.
  • Knowledgeable with computer troubleshooting



Operations Assistant (Contractual Based)

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Any four year course preferably major in Business Management, Economics
  • Good communication and business writing skills
  • Knowledgeable in MS Office applications.
  • Resilient, persistent and can endure pressure from work
  • Can start immediately



Data Encoder (for pooling)

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any four year course
  • Knowledgeable in MS Office applications
  • Can deal with pressure from work
  • Must be willing to do occasional field work




Sales and Marketing Support Specialist

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Management, Marketing or Advertising
  • At least three (3) years marketing and sales experience including sales promo formulation
  • Has an exposure in conceptualization and implementation of marketing plans
  • Knowledgeable in MS Office applications including Freehand, Adobe Photoshop and Publisher.
